Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Mercyland Press. An order is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Artwork and design
Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork submitted is print-ready and does not infringe any copyright or trademark. Mercyland Press is not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork that were approved by the customer at proof stage.
Proofs and approval
A digital proof is sent before production on all custom orders. Production begins only after written approval from the customer. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround times quoted are estimates only and begin from the date of artwork approval, not order placement. Mercyland Press is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and reprints
We will reprint or refund orders that are defective due to our error. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for orders where the customer has approved the proof and the product matches the approved design.
Privacy
Customer information is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
